In New Mexico we are in a big mess… there are over 2000 patients approved, 11 providers (taken 3 years to get them…) and they run out of a crop in 24 hours. I have talked to my doctor about going to bat for me and she basically told me it was more trouble than it was worth (to who..? her obviously!) And that in a few years it might get easier. Meanwhile, with fibromyalgia, migraines, chronic pain, PTSD and insomnia I need the help. The situation is crazy really. It is very difficult to qualify in New Mexico for something we should have as a healing blessing by our own free choice
I live in Florida and wish I could get it. I have ADD and a lot of anxiety. I lived in Michigan when we passed it there but moved before it took effect. The doctors put me on meds that were really bad and I think marijuana would be a great alternative.
I’m 37 years old with terminal stage IV cancer. I live in PA and am wondering if I can travel to another state to get it. Do I need some one with that states drivers license to get it for me? Thanks for your help. I’m desperate and think I deserve to try anything that make the pain, nausea, anxiety easier.
Thanks.

Bud. You know you wanna!
High, This group is not the only one preparing legislative proposals in Arkansas. There is at least one more bill being written for Introduction in the 2011 session of the legislature. There are now 5 or 6 groups on Facebook, representing different areas and demographics in the State. Looks like there is a good deal of effort being done and maintaining a low profile.
