If you want to use medicinal cannabis in the USA, your first step is to find out whether it is legal to use medical marijuana to treat your medical condition(s), in the state that you live in.

If you want to use marijuana in a legal, medical marijuana state, you need to do the following:

  1. Find a specialist Medical Marijuana doctor, who will be able to determine whether you qualify for a Medical Marijuana card. If you qualify, the clinic will provide you with your card.
  2. When you have your Medical Marijuana Card, you will then be able to purchase legal marijuana from a medical marijuana dispensary.
