weed (the OG stands for Ocean Grown) has been made famous by various rappers, including Snoop Dog. It’s been a favourite of celebrity cannabis users for years but has only recently come to the notice of medical marijuana patients. It’s not always easy to get hold of though. Another member of the Afghani family and direct descendent of original Chemdog, OG Kush (often referred to as O.G. Kush) is an indica dominant strain.
Not pretty to look at, although some users think its unusual looks make it attractive; the large hairy buds are a bland green colour, dryer than most other buds and covered in white frosting. The aroma is strong and like fresh pine. Scary looking, perhaps, and certainly very potent, this is a strain that gets consistently high votes in user surveys.
