Jack Herer is a hybrid: Skunk 1 x Northern Lights 5 x Haze.

This plant has a fresh flavor and a high yield, with a preponderance of Sativa leading to a ‘giggly’ high. The strain was named for American marijuana activist, Jack Herer, who died in April of this year (2010) at 70 years of age; he was affectionately known as The Hemperor.

Wow… i was just doing some research on medical mairjuana for a buddy and found the Jack Herer strain.

I am now a little sad as I just read that Jack passed away this past year. I knew Jack very well and worked with him for several years in OMI, CMI and on his initial publication of the Emperor Wears No Clothes, or everything you should know about marijuana but weren’t taught in school.

I will really miss Jack he and Captain Ed were pioneers for the cause and dedicated their lifes to the legalization.

I also have epilepsy and there are several other strains that are good for treatment. And, I too live in a state such as yours. 🙁
