In conjunction with the other cannabinoids, CBN is an anti-proliferative, inhibiting cancer cell growth. A 2006 study revealed that CBN joins THC and numerous other cannabinoids in having the ability to control the growth of cancer cells. CBN specifically was found to control a type of lung tumor known as a Lewis carcinoma.
CBN in particular has had a variety of therapeutic offerings and given its non-psychoactive properties, it has been a solution to children suffering from seizures and patients with chronic pain and inflammation.
