states should choose what states what to do, choices made by the people who inhabit the state, after all they are the ones that have to live with the decisions, not the feds whoever they are.

  2. I am a legal Washington State Marijuana Patient. We have terrific laws here. No one I am associated with in the medical marijuana industry in Washignton wants it to change. We also have some of the best ganja in the world here, bred and grown by caring people. For anyone wanting to try some tasty local strains put Washington on your vacation list!

Hi…I have stage 4 colon cancer…the doctors have given up on me…where can I go to get some cannabis oil?

Note: my daughter lives in San Diego California and could probably mail it to me…thanks…Chuck…

I picked up a bottle of cannabis oil call soccer mom tincture, they have sinlge, double, and triple strength. I got the triple strength and it is fantastic. It is a very clean euphoric feeling. I got it at Arizona Cannabis Club in Tempe Az and they deliver.

Even if “God” did made pot, we don’t really know for sure what his intended use for it was for us. It was ultimately the humans who used it to get high hence labeling it illegal in several states.

  5. Mark says:

Medical Marijuana should be legal in every state. It’s already legal in 16 states.

No one should ever be allowed to tell anyone what they can or can not put into their body. It is my body and I can put whatever I want in it. Just like I eat whatever I want. There isn’t laws that say I can’t put McDonald’s food in my body because it’s not healthy. Cigarettes are legal, but that doesn’t mean you have to smoke them. It’s every individuals right as a United States citizen to choose whether they want to smoke cigarettes or not. It should be the same way with medical marijuana. Every inividual should have the right to make their own choose to smoke medical marijuana or not. It’s not the lawmakers decision to tell me what I can put in my body.

If they don’t want to smoke medical marjuana, then they don’t have to. Every American has the right to choose whether they want to drink alcohol at age 21 and smoke cigarettes at age 18. Americans should also have the right to smoke medical marijuana at age 18 in every state, not just certain states. It should be legal in every state. Some people like me MUST smoke medical marijuana for my condition, but it’s not legal in my state.

So in order for me to treat my medical condition I must move to another state just to stay heathly. Honestly medical marijuana has been proven to be extremely healthy. The greatest Olympic Champion of all time, Micheal Phelps, with 8 gold medals even smokes marijuana. So many great athlets smoke marijuana for all around better performance. Marijuana is NOT even the slightest bit addictive. Anyone that says marijuana is addictive doesn’t know what they are talking about. I have studied it. Anyone that says marijuana leads to other drugs doesn’t know what they are talking about.

Just because someone smokes marijuana doesn’t mean they are going to try cocaine or herien. Anyone that tries cocaine or herein chose to try it. Marijuana does NOT make you try cocaine or herein. That’s like saying smoking cigarettes will make you want to try cocaine or herein or drinking alcohol will make you want to try cocaine or herein. Every individual makes their own choose. The bottom line is that medical marijuana needs to be legal in every state because there are people in every state that absolutely need medical marijuana. When it becomes legal in every state that doesn’t mean you have to smoke it.

If someone doesn’t want to smoke it, then they don’t have to, but we need it for our bodies to function properly. There is no if, and, or buts about it. Medical Marijuana Must become legal in every state. Medical marijuana will be taxed just like cigarettes. The government will make a fortune off of the taxes from medical marijuana. 1 out of 3 Americans already smoke marijuana when it’s illegal. People literally need to smoke medical marijuana.

Once medical marijuana is legal in every state it could be sold at every gas station and any store that sells cigarettes or smoking related products. Do you want someone to tell you that you can’t eat pizza for breakfast because it’s against the law. I didn’t think so. Don’t ever tell someone what that they can put in their body. It’s not your body. I am sick and tired of people that don’t even smoke marijuana saying that they don’t think it should be legal.

If you don’t smoke marijuana you don’t have a clue what it does. So shut up. That’s right. I said shut up because you don’t have a clue what marijuana does because you never smoked it. All you know about marijuana is what you were told by someone. So I don’t want to ever want to see anyone on the news that doesn’t even smoke marijuana talking about it as if they actually know what it does. Marijuana makes me feel amazing. I have never had anything that made me feel better than marijuana. It calms me down and helps me concentrate and it relieves my migraines.

I would always smoke marijuana before school because it helps me concentrate. I was an Honor Roll student. No, marijuana does NOT have any major side effects. No, marijuana is NOT addicting. I would smoke marijuana almost every day for 5 years. Then I got sick and tired of hearing people tell me it was addicting, so I stops smoking marijuana for a year. I just quit cold turkey to prove that it’s NOT addicting. I would recomend to smoke medical marijuana daily or as your doctor prescribes if you have a condition. No, marijuana does NOT make you feel good at first and then you feel like crap later.

Once the marijuana wears off you feel just like you did before you started smoking it. Medical marijuana will help almost any condition and you will feel amazing. MOST IMPORTANT, medical marijuana will raise your self confidence. Honestly, there is nothing in the world that gives you more confidence than smoking marijuana. Depression and lack of confidence is a serious problem, espesially with teens getting picked on at school. Teens and Adults need to raise their self confidence.

There is literally no down side to legalizing medical marijuana. So make it legal in every state already. You are hurting millions of people that need medical marijuana by not legalizing it. No one is going to get hurt by legalizing medical marijuana in every state. Legalizing medical marijuana will create billions or trillions in tax dollars, it will help treat people’s conditions, and it will definately lower the crime rate. If medical marijuana is legal everyone will just by it from their doctor or a distributor instead of buying it from a drug dealer off of the street and possibly getting shot or killed.

So many people get killed over marijuana because the drug dealer needs the money. No one would ever buy marijuana from a drug dealer if they could buy it at the store or from a doctor. No matter what people are going to smoke marijuana. It doesn’t matter if it’s legal or not. So who would you rather see people buying marijuana from, a drug dealer or a doctor? Think about that for one second. Only good will come from legalizing medical marijuana.

Only bad will come from keeping medical marijuana illegal in certain states. We are supposed to be the United States. United means we come together as one. We are not United with every state having different laws. Medical marijuana needs to be legal in every state. This is the worst the economy has every been since the great depression. Medical marijuana is are only hope. United we stand. Divided we fall. Cigarettes are legal. Alcohol is legal. It time to make medical marijuana legal in every state.

    • Mr. X says:

This is exactly how I feel.

The Right to ones own body should be the one human right that is granted to anyone to put anything they want in there body.

You’re allowed to get plastic surgery which puts known harmful toxic chemicals into your body but you’re not allowed to smoke pot.

You can drink alcohol and smoke tobacco but you can’t smoke pot?

It’s like the natural version of both alcohol and tobacco (before it’s processed)

Unfortunately a “Right to self” would completely throw allot of things out the window in courts, GLT rights advocates would say that if you can do what ever you want with your own body then they should be allowed to marry. Harder drugs would have to be allowed because users could argue that they have a right to use heroin or cocaine.
