This is a wonderful website! I was looking to see if it was legal to transport medical marijuana between states. I couldn’t find the information on this site but found an interesting article about the legality on this site.
http://www.elitelawyerproject.com/blog/2011/04/personal-injury-group-transporting-medical-marijuana-across-state-line/ when will the government realize that this is medicine and treat as such? thanks for this great information and i hope this article helps others better understand the laws, and if you get in trouble what to do next.
Hey I just want to say your site is AWESOME and thanks for all the love!
You are doing a great service and providing a valuable resource to the community. That is all. Thanks again.
Do you think the Phil Government will allow the use of marijuana as a medicine?
my mom had cancer she has pased if i knew then what i knew now i probably been busted.
Can I transport from one legal state to another legal state on an airplane?
Legalization is sweeping the nation, especially the west coast. Still, people are prosecuted in spite of the laws. If you need legal help, and I hope you never do, this site has lists of marijuana criminal defense lawyers: marijuana-lawyer.net
Fight the good fight!
Isn’t there some leftover law from when there were less states in the Union that went if something is ruled federally legal in seventeen states than it is federally legal? With only one state to go and six considering it is time to get some lawyers and legal activists to jump in that loophole and take a swing at it!
i think all states need to legalize marijuana think of it this way people who are in pain or need medication for any reason and have to take medication would you rather them smoke something grown from the earth that is not addicting or have them hooked on pain killers and ect. I believe that marijuana isnt harmful and should be legal in more ways than one!
I live in South Carolina. LEGALIZE MARIJUANA PEOPLE IT COULD BE OF GREAT MEDICAL USE!!!!!!!!!!
i dont understand how how a government of the people and for the people, as well as secretly useing in the closet, can keep a naturally obtained chemical that is already being made by ur brain, as well, that has several different, self proven, benefits.
Depression, anxiety, nausea, loss of appetite, pain(of all kinds) illegal. the only health hazard that can be tied to marijuana use, recreational or not, is the smoking of it. there is now a machine, has been around for a while, called a nebulizer that takes the hazards of smoking out. So how can the FDA lawfully classify a plants chemical, THC(tetrahydra cannabanoid), a chemical that every person alive uses everyday they are alive because their brain makes it, schedule 1 no medical or other benefcial use proven EVRYBODY HAS THE SAME CHEMICAL IN MARIJUANA IN THEIR BODIES RIGHT NOW AND USE EVERYDAY.
Why is it different, because a plant makes it? HELLO ALMOST ALL MEDICINES USED TODAY CAME FROM A PLANT OF SOME KIND! What happened to the baby boomers did they jst vanish? We(the people) need to take back control of OUR country and stop letting stigma lead the way!
Densanee I suffer with neuraphy contacted via agent orange in viet nam all the Drs want to give me is strong drugs. There has to be a better way not to suffer so much pain.

What if u have a perscrition 4 it and live in a state thats not on the list ?
Anji:
If you live in a state that does not recognize marijuana as being a legalized substance – you will be arrested and go to jail or prison – even if you have a prescription from another state. Additionally, you can still be prosecuted by the government for illegal use of drugs even in the states that allow marijuana use with a prescription. It might be legal in some state to use it but the U.S. Government does not recognize their laws and have gone after some distributors and even users.
Idaho is still set on no one ever smoking Marijuana legally in this state. Bummer because i have Insomnia and major ankle pain due to shattering it.
I’m so screw up, can’t even spell right anymore. ‘that’s what happen when a men meet a philipino and had a love child with.
After nine years rasing my princess, seperate since princess was year and half. now I’m so depress thinking suicide! because the nazi family Court took my custody away from me, because I’ll told my daughter to right a letter to her law guardian, stating she want to talk to the Judge, because the other Judge before herask me to bring my daughter to Court, so she can speak to her, when I’ll brough her to court, the Judge forgot what she told me, 9 month ago. now the other Judge took all my right away. haven’t see my daughter since 9-16-10.
Which is better, marijuana or suicide?
Currently we are updating the map, will let you know when it is up to date.
This page isn’t making sense to me. The map shows my state as light green…a state considering legalizing medical use. Then in the lists, it’s listed as a state where it’s illegal and no further information available. It’s not shown in the list of states considering legalizing medical use. So which is it? I live in MS. Is MS considering legalizing for medical use or not? I really REALLY hope the map is right! I live in constant pain and cannot handle the side effects of any pharmaceuticals that actually work. I’m just not really interested in living the rest of my life in a drug induced semi-coma until the drugs finally kill me off. :/
for starters, get marijauana off the f***ing Schedule I list!!! since 15 states are using it for medicinal use and a schedule I drug means is has NO medicinal use??!! who’s head is up their ass!
