Maine Medical Marijuana Laws

Medical use of cannabis became legal in Maine in November, 1999. Patients in possession of oral or written “professional opinion” from their physician that he or she “might benefit from the medical use of marijuana” are afforded legal protection under this act.

Hawaii Medical Marijuana Laws
