		<description>This is quite the conundrum for lawmakers. I believe that the developing brain should not be impeded by any form of substance that could potentially adversely affect its progression. &lt;strong&gt;However, if the need outweighs the potential risk, then by all means give the kid an Rx for herbs rather than Ambien.&lt;/strong&gt; This is extremely interesting, and I look forward to seeing where this will end up.</description>
