If you are thinking of setting up a medical marijuana dispensary in Denver, it’s nearly time to get your applications in.
The Denver Department of Excise and Licenses will start accepting applications on February 8, 2010 and applicants and managers should be ready to submit fingerprints.
Ordinance requires that you submit a lease or deed, description of products and services to be provided, floor plan, security plan, area map, zoning permit, city sales tax license and a burglar alarm permit when applying.
The department is open 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 201 W. Colfax Ave., Suite 206.
