I do not believe any doctors are providing recommendations at this time though considering the law (B18-622) has been on the books since 1998 they seem to finally be making some progress with the dispensary applications Unfortunately no, you cannot use your CA recommendation in Washington D.C. There are alot of fly by "docs" in this industry. It is simple to do with a google search.
