In the USA it is getting easier to buy or grow legal medical marijuana as there are many medical marijuana dispensaries. However in many countries it is impossible to buy or grow legal medical marijuana.
The following is the true story:
I just moved to London from Los Angeles. In Los Angeles, I used medical marijuana to help appetite and queasy stomach due to my HIV medication.
I have a statement of diagnosis from my NHS trust doctor. Do you have any suggestions on how to find a dispensary in London? (UK) I was told to check out a holistic health centre near Kings Cross, and called to make an appointment for an “herbal consult”, but was told that they are not doing that any more.
If you could point me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it. I’d rather do this as legit as possible instead of standing around a corner in Brixton.
On the Brixton streets there are many illegal drug dealers, therefore it is not a pleasent place to buy marijuana. It would be great to hear from anyone who knows where you can buy legal medical marijuana in London.

I’m curious if you’ve received other answers. I have fibromyalgia and MMJ keeps me off of opiate painkillers; however, I’m visiting London this summer and don’t want to risk bringing stuff overseas. If I don’t have it, though, I’ll be on vicodins and percocets the whole time…no fun.
