Cooking with Marijuana
Many people suffering from the debilitating affects of illness start smoking marijuana. This can be very difficult or virtually impossible to take the harsh smoke into the throat and lungs. So eating marijuana is a great way to consume the drug and reap the benefits of medical marijuana.
Can you please give detailed cooking instructions for any marijuana recipes?
There are so many different recipes and medical marijuana patients would benefit from having a collection of marijuana recipes. Part of getting better or alleviating the systems of illness, is having a variety of delicious cannabis cooking.

you can make anything once you have "weed butter". any recipe that calls for butter can be substituded with weed butter and give the desired effect of being stoned. for example, last year for 4/20 my friend had a birthday on 4/19. so idecided to bake a four layer cake with about a 1/2 oz of crip. all i had to do was saute the brkoen up buds in oils and garlic on a low setting until the weed starts to soften and cook (very similiar to sauteing onions). afterwards you strain the oil and melted butter into a bowl and sit in a fridge for about an hour. this allows the THC enhanced butter to solidify on the top. you just have to learn your weed to butter ratios by experimenting. remember not to burn the weed and don't be afraid to add more butter to the frying pan.

Marijuana BUD BARS
Ingredients: One bag of Hershey's Chocolate Chips A quarter cup of powdered sugar
[optional: if you want it sweeter ;) ] A quarter ounce of your best buds In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until slightly chunky. Then in a blender, put buds in until they are finely chopped. Then add the chopped buds into the chocolate. Add sugar if you want. Mix all together, let it stay on heat for about five minutes. Take off heat and let cool slightly. Grease a baking sheet or a candy bar shaping pan and pour the mixture into it. Freeze the chocolate mixture until completely firm. (Keep away from baking soda otherwise it will get that weird baking soda taste.) Cut into two inch bars. NOTE: You can use more or less bud in this recipe.

Taste batter before cooking and adjust amount of sugar to your liking. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on how large you made your cookies. its better to use oil instead of butter, butter evaporates faster then veg oil so it burns up more THC, i use a OZ grinded up weed "weighed with seeds stems" to 2/3 of oil simmer on 2-3 very low heat for about 25mins maybe 30.. the oil should be greenish darkish brown color. take a coff filter from walmart for like 2-3 $ to strain the herb from the oil use a spoon and press on the leftover weed in the filter to strain it all the way. I didnt use a medal coff filter, i used a medal strainer, it was strong enough so i could press the leftover weed with a spoon until the leftovers were about the size of a very very small cookie, take the oil.. use with oil based brownie mix. i normaly dont use all the mix i leave about a 20 sack of the mix left in the bag and throw away or save for next batch
enjoy. warning do not drive under this. this is a very strong way of making the brownies stay at home. because youll be falling over laffin at the most dumbest things.
but its harmless weed does not kill brain cells as thought by people in the 40's-50's new studys say it dont. alcohol does tho ;p im not much of a drinker but i like my brownies i take pride, i had to start eating because i was allgeric to ragweed at the top of the chart.
so weed will make my sinuses drain, eating it dont make it drain. so people with same prob who love their weed "or need it for medical reasons" will like this
but take caution of my warning. thats all. have a nice day "im sure u will" and enjoy.......

Some great combinations of ingredients guys, one thing must be said tho', you must extract the THC (the active chemical*s) into a lipid (fat, i.o. oil) or an alcohol (this is the much slower option) and drain/remove the plant matter (a stocking works great to keep your butter leafless). Some heat must be used but never expose your flora / butter to temperatures over around 200f (this will convert the gold into gas which will escape),; unfortunately in almost all cases that means no baking and no boiling (hot recipes usually are fine when your green is added only during the final five minutes of cooking time). Schwag, or the non-flowering matter should be used but in large amounts due to it's low strength, if you cannot handle smoking the heads of the plant then invest in a vaporizer, greatly faster and more efficient (cooking and ingestion times can be a drag).

and btw 20:11 anonymous; at the right temp. butter is just as effective as oil, but if you're heating it to temperatures where anything is evaporating then the THC is escaping either way. Generally the lowest temperature; where any movement is seen in the oil/butter should be used, even though the equivalent color may take longer to achieve. Personally my favorite recipe is to heat around 350ml of heavy cream with as much gunja as you'd like, mix with ~150ml (subtract the volume of any other flavoring) syrup flavor of choice, liqueur optional (recommended) and load into a N²O-charged cream whipper (double the ingredients if you have a one-liter machine). Four or five shakes after the unit is gassed and she's ready to go =). Best served chilled, with the remaining chargers handy ;P, enjoy.
